Care with integrity.
Tradition with heart.

Like every Chevra Kadisha, our primary focus is Tahara. But we are also here to provide clarity and guidance during a challenging time. Jewish burial traditions bring closure and honor life; we want to ensure it’s a meaningful process you’ll feel at peace with.

Tahara

Our dedicated volunteers will come to the funeral home to perform the Tahara, the traditional Jewish preparation of the body for burial. The deceased is gently washed, dressed in traditional tachrichim—a pristine set of white linen garments—and placed in a natural pine casket. Every step carries deep meaning. Prayers are recited throughout, and this sacred act is performed with reverence and respect, honoring the body as the earthly vessel of an eternal soul.
